– Murtala Nyako, the former governor of Adamawa state, and his son, Abdul-Aziz, have been on trial for alleged fraud.
– They were arraigned with Zulkifikk Abba, Abubakar Aliyu as well as five firms on 37 counts of money laundering
– They will now be re-arraigned by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) before Justice Okon Abang .
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is to re-arraign ex-Governor Murtala Nyako of Adamawa state and his son, Abdul-Aziz, before Justice Okon Abang of the Federal High Court, Abuja, the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) is reporting.
The duo will be arraigned on September 12. Nyako and his son were earlier arraigned on August 7, 2015.
